Ozzy's 25-year-old son reportedly popped the question to Lisa Stelly, a model and aspiring actress who can be seen starring in Green Day's "21 Guns" music video.
As you can see, from official photos on her IMDB and Facebook pages, Stelly is one gorgeous gal -- and, according to Us Magazine, Jack is "a great influence" on her.
