Miley Cyrus has many talents, but it appears that knife skills are not included on that list.
According to TMZ, the 19-year-old had to make an unexpected trip to the emergency room on Monday night after a cooking mishap in her kitchen in the Toluca Lake area of L.A.
It seems Miley was preparing dinner when a knife slipped, causing a nasty gash on her left index finger.
Miley's boyfriend -- and star of "The Hunger Games" -- Liam Hemsworth and Miley's grandmother reportedly accompanied the starlet to the hospital where she was bandaged up and sent back home.
The girl formerly known as "Hannah Montana" will hit the big screen next month in comedy "LOL," with Demi Moore and "Twilight" star Ashley Greene.
