Liam Hemsworth popped the question to Miley Cyrus -- and now we're getting a look at the rock he gave her when he proposed!
The 22-year-old "Hunger Games" star wasn't messing around, approaching famed celeb jeweler Neil Lane to create the sparkler.
According to PEOPLE, Hemsworth wanted "something unusual" for his 19-year-old fiancee ... and it sounds like he got his wish.
The 3.5-carat cushion-cut diamond ring reportedly has a center stone cut way back in the 19th century.
As for Miley, she's clearly happy to be engaged and a big fan the ring -- tweeting earlier today, "thank you for all the love today :) I'm happy to share this news with you all. I feel like all my dreams are coming true. ❤ have a great day."
Miley's dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, tweeted his excitement as well, writing "All I ever hoped for as a Daddy was to see my kids reach their dreams. To find happiness...peace of mind ...and someday know... true love."
