Are we sure Megan Fox really had a baby?
Because she hit the carpet on Friday for the first time since giving birth to son Noah Shannon Green in September -- and she looked like she was never pregnant in the first place.
The 26-year-old looked amazing in a white lace dress that clung tightly to her midsection, holding onto husband Brian Austin Green at the 7th Annual March of Dimes Celebration of Babies luncheon.
"I only gained 23 pounds when I was pregnant and I'm still 10 pounds heavier," Fox recently told the Daily Mirror about her post-baby body.
"I don't want to kill myself getting back in shape because that's not a priority right now," she added. "I'm too in love with Noah and I don't want to be away from him. I just want to be home."
While at the event Fox was seen talking to two other new moms: Reese Witherspoon, who gave birth to son Tennessee in September, and Molly Sims, who welcomed son Brooks in June.
