Back in 1989, Blake Lively's half-sister Robyn Lively starred in "Teen Witch," a movie that has one of the best (and most awkward) rap scenes ever.
The movie went on to become a bit of a cult classic, thanks in large part to Mandy Ingber's incredibly embarrassing/awesome delivery of the song "Top That."
And now, 24 years later, she's re-dong it for Glamour magazine.
