The "Teen Mom" turned porn star is known for her trashy sexy style (case and point, this and this) but she looked downright dignified at last night's OK! TV Launch Celebration at Lavo in New York City.
Her red peplum dress featured a lace detail that covered her surgically enhanced chest, and the skirt fell just above the knee. This is a red carpet look that turns heads for all the right reasons. Bravo, Farrah!
Speaking of Bravo, Farrah was joined by a slew of "Real Housewives," including Teresa Giudice (who's due back in federal court on October 8th for fraud charges), NeNe Leakes, Kenya Moore and Miami castmembers Adriana De Moura, Alexia Echevarria and Marysol Patton.
Other Bravolebrities included the handsome guys of "Million Dollar Listing New York" and "The Real Housewives of New York," naturally. This was a Manhattan mixer!
