Ryan turns 39-years-old today and to celebrate we wanted to see how all the stars of "I Know What You Did Last Summer" aged through the years.
The 1997 thriller follows four teens who find themselves in some serious danger when their car hits an unsuspecting pedestrian. Matters get worse when the group decides to dump the stranger's body into the water ... only to find out a year later, he wasn't dead!
Ryan starred in the flick alongside '90s stars Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. -- since working on the movie, Sarah and Freddie tied the knot and have two children together!
Ryan fared pretty well too, the sexy actor married Reese Witherspoon in 1999 ... but the two called it quits in 2008. They do, however, share two adorable children together.
Both exes have stayed on amicable terms and Phillippe is currently dating 22-year-old model, Paulina Slagter. Not too shabby!
Hewitt also recently jumped on the baby-bandwagon, she's expecting her first child with "Client List" costar, Brian Hallisay.
