Sofia Vergara posted a snapshot on Instagram Monday, showing off her best assets during a holiday getaway with her fiance Nick Loeb.
In the pic, the brunette beauty is flaunting her curves in a thong bikini while soaking up the sun on a boat.
"Nothing like Mexico!!" she wrote on her WhoSay page along with the photo.

The "Modern Family" star recently admitted to Chelsea Handler that she and Loeb were taking things slowly when it came to marriage.
"I was thinking the other day that Americans take engagements like, 'OK, we're engaged. It means let's plan weddings.' But for a couple of Latin Americans, you get engaged, but it's like another stage of your life. It doesn't mean, 'OK, let's immediately call the flower place.' It's like another period,'" Vergara said.
Even though they aren't rushing to the altar, the cute couple looks happier than ever!
