Maceo is a little miracle!
Halle Berry opens up about her shock at becoming a mother again on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday, revealing that she thinks her 7-month-old son's existence is the result of daughter Nahla's prayers.
"Only her prayers could have done this," the "Extant" star, who was 47 when Maceo was born, tells Ellen DeGeneres, "I didn't think it was possible at my age, honestly. They call it a geriatric pregnancy."
"I was, you know, on my way," she admits. "This is probably way TMI, but I was kinda premenopausal, so to have this happen was huge."
Berry, who married baby Maceo's father Olivier Martinez during a private ceremony in July 2013, says motherhood has been more painful this time around.
"There's a difference between boys and girls," Berry explains. "When I would put Nahla on the boob she would go [light sucking] a nice little girly suck. With him, he's like sucking the life out of me!"
Gotta love her honesty!
