There's a whole new haunting going on in the first trailer for "Insidious: Chapter 3" -- and it's definitely got us creeped out.
Patrick Wilson and Rose Byrne are MIA for the third film in the frightening franchise, with the things that go bump in the night setting their sights on newcomers Dermot Mulroney and his on-screen daughter Stefanie Scott.
"This chilling prequel, set before the haunting of the Lambert family, reveals how gifted psychic Elise Rainier (Lin Shaye) reluctantly agrees to use her ability to contact the dead in order to help a teenage girl (Stefanie Scott) who has been targeted by a dangerous supernatural entity," reads the film's synopsis.
While we didn't necessarily love "Chapter 2" here at toofab (read the full review here), we're definitely intrigued to learn a little more about Elise and her team of paranormal investigators.
