Chris Evans is a real life superhero!
The "Captain America" star visited 9-year-old Kenny Botting, who's battling a brain tumor, on Monday in Boston.
Botting has been staying at Christopher's Haven -- a facility which provides a home away from home for children battling cancer -- since undergoing brain surgery back in September.
While little Kenny feels lucky to be surrounded by his family and friends while he gets treatment at Mass General Hospital, he was gifted with the biggest surprise he could ever ask for -- to meet his favorite superhero!

Evans stopped by Christopher's Haven where he spent some one-on-one time with Kenny, took pictures with the kids and brought gifts.
The actor -- who's from Sudbury, Mass. -- is currently in town to raise money for Christopher's Haven so he can help more children like Kenny get the medical attention they need.
"It's their strength that gives me strength. No matter what hurdles are in my life it's nothing compared to what these families go through, so any way I can bring a smile it's worth it," he said of working with the organization.
