The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, who just gave birth to her third baby in December, has clearly been on a mission to get her pre-pregnancy bod back -- and it's working.
The 36-year-old just shared a brand new photo on Instagram today, proving how much weight she's lost in the past 6 months by baring her belly in a bra and pajama pants. "Hopped up out the bed, turn my swag on Took a look in the mirror said what's up?", she captioned the pic.
According to her trainer, Don Brooks, Kourt has been working out 3-5 times a week, for 45 minutes to an hour each session. The trainer's "Don-a-Matrix method" of workouts involves a mix of "high-octane" moves, ranging from planks to trunk twists.
Kardashian was referred to Brooks by another hot mama: Fergie.
"I was on tour with the Black Eyed Peas and Kourtney attended a concert while in NYC, and she loved how I had Fergie's body looking," Brooks tells E!, adding that he started training with Kardashian after her second pregnancy.
Keep up the good work, Kourt -- it's really paying off.
