Ryan Sutter seems to be getting better with age!
Proud wife Trista Sutter took to Instagram to show off her hot hubby's buff bod as he hit the water for a stand-up paddle boarding session.
"Not quite sure about this daddy. We didn't do lakes on the res.," she captioned the shirtless snapshot, adding, "#sophiespeak #BearCreekLake #family #1sttimeforeverything."
In the pic, the 40-year-old former "Bachelorette" star is putting his bulging biceps and rock-hard abs on display as his dog sits on the front of his board.

Besides paddle boarding, the firefighter credits his love of trail running for keeping him in shape.
"I hope I can be a trail runner for the rest of my life," he recently told Fitbie.com. "It's one of those things you find that makes you happy, like a treasure, and you don't want to let go of it."
"I'm 6'1" and 185 pounds, down from 215 when I played football. But I came to the realization that I'm more of a freight train than a Ferrari," he added. "My strength is my endurance, not necessarily being super fast in a race."
Whatever he's doing, it's working!
