Jennifer Lawrence loves to give back.
The actress took a break from filming "X-Men: Apocalypse" in Montreal, Canada to surprise fans at the local Shriners Hospital for Children.
"A very special visitor stopped by our Canada hospital today," Shriners wrote on their official Facebook page. "Jennifer Lawrence is in Montreal filming a new movie and she made time to visit some of our #ShrinersCanada kids and staff. Everyone had a great time!"
The "Hunger Games" star posed for special snapshots with two tiny fans and also took time to meet with the staff.
"You never know who might visit @ShrinersCanada," the hospital wrote on Twitter, alongside more photos of Jen and the pint-sized patients.
The Oscar-winner has made a few hospital visits in the past -- she's stopped by Kosair Children's Hospital in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky last Christmas to bring a some holiday cheer to the little ones.
