Miro likewise took to Instagram to share a second photo of the duo and gush about her equally-gorgeous boyfriend.
"Time flies when you're having fun. Happy anniversary baby I love you too @zacefron September 5," she captioned the cute candid.
The couple has been going strong since September 2014, and started dating just after Efron ended his brief summer romance with "Fast & Furious" star Michelle Rodriguez.
