Looks like Chris Martin's getting pumped for his Super Bowl Halftime Show!
On Tuesday's "The Late Late Show with James Corden," the comedian hilariously picked up the Coldplay frontman who's hitchhiking to San Francisco for his halftime performance at the 2016 Super Bowl.
Check out the video above to see Chris and James belt tracks like "Adventure of a Lifetime," "Viva La Vida" and their David Bowie tribute for a very special segment of Corden's "Carpool Karaoke."
In the clip, the duo discuss some of Martin's biggest musical influences as they cruise up to San Francisco. "Who do you look up to in the world of music?" Corden asked Chris.
"Bruce Springsteen, I look up to U2, Bruno Mars," Martin said. "Ugh, incredible. No one will ever come close to doing what he did at the Super Bowl Halftime Show. Very difficult for anyone to match that," Corden hilariously declared.
Coldplay will be headlining the halftime show along with Beyonce and Bruno Mars for the NFL's 50th Anniversary special, and though he doesn't know much about "American football" he sounds excited.
