The "Don't Be Tardy" star took to Instagram on Monday to share a video of her latest cosmetic procedure ... getting her "tush smoothed."
In the clip, Zolciak lays on her stomach with her backside on display as Dr. Simon Ourian injects her derriere.
"I'm so excited to share with you something I just learned from the incredible @simonourianmd1 I went to see what he could do about these couple of dimples (really cellulite) on my butt cheeks and he got rid of them permanently!!," she posted with the video. "I'm soooo excited!!! I personally like to look and feel my best soooo thank you @simonourianmd1 for giving me my smooth tush back haven't see that in a few years #AlwaysHadThisOneDimple #SinceICanRemember #ItsGone #Finally."

This is only the latest procedure Kim underwent while on vacation in Los Angeles at the end of July. The 38-year-old reality TV star likewise visited Dr. Kassabian in Beverly Hills, where she had fillers added to her already plump pout.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum has no problem sharing her "nips and tucks" with fans. She's also been open about having her breasts done and a tummy tuck.
