President Donald Trump called Snoop Dogg out Wednesday morning for aiming a gun at a Trump clown in his "Lavender" music video (above), but Twitter is firing right back with examples of what they consider right-wing hypocrisy from both Trump and his supporters.
"Can you imagine what the outcry would be if Snoop Dogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama?," Trump tweeted, prompting the rapper's name to start trending across the nation on the social media platform.
While there is no shortage of people criticizing Snoop, including Republican senators Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz, the President's critics are responding with a barrage of jokes, digs and condemnation of their own.

Rather than condemning Ted Nugent's threats, Trump put him in a campaign commercial. With a gun! But has the nerve to condemn Snoop Dogg! pic.twitter.com/60fGctJdWJ

I like Donald's ability to ignore real hate crimes, but takes time to get upset and tweet about a Snoop Dogg video. Priorities. Straight.
@Jake_Anderson34
Sean Spicer will come out to say that Trump didn't mean to say "Snoop Dogg" in his tweet.
@ShomahKhoobi
He's more mad about snoop dogg than Marilyn Manson decapitating him in a music video how that work?
