Bethenny Frankel was honored by colleague Joi Gordon for her time and dedication to Dress For Success, a charity helps wardrobe and prepare underprivileged women for job interviews.
During Bethenny's acceptance speech she announced the launch of new initiative Be Strong, a charity for women in crisis. Carole Radziwill showed up to support her friend.
"Bethenny may have signed her divorce papers, but she is still in the thick of it with her ex, and all of these emotions are coming to the surface," Carole told confessional cams after Bethenny got emotional during her speech.
"There have been unexpected events as a result of my divorce that have been brutal, and I just felt like, how could I help other women? How could I really show them that if something negative happened to me, of course it could happen to them?" Bethenny said. "Be Strong inspires me to help other women get out of their situation, especially financially."
