Kelly Clarkson perfectly handled a fat-shaming Twitter troll with just four words on Tuesday.
When the Grammy winner posted a heartfelt July 4 thank you to "every person in service" and to those who fought for America's freedom in the past, Twitter user @Euger23 replied, "You're fat."
Clarkson simply retweeted his shallow criticism with her response: "....and still f-cking awesome."
Thank u 2 every person in service 4 protecting all of us and cheers to every person who fought for us to experience freedom & independence 🎉

In 2015, Clarkson was publicly shamed for her weight by British TV personality Katie Hopkins, but the former "American Idol" winner told Ellen DeGeneres that was nothing new.
Damon Wayans Jr.'s 4th of July Joke About 'Racist Ancestors' Did Not Go Over Well With White People
View Story"I love how people think that's new. Like, welcome to the past 13 years!" Clarkson told DeGeneres. "People are like, 'I'm so sorry that lady in London was so mean to you.' And I'm like, 'Are you serious?' Like, get in line!"
"I think what hurts my feelings for people is when I'll have a meet and greet after the show and a girl whose like bigger than me will be in the meet and greet and be like, 'Oh, God!' And they'll say, 'If they think you're big, I must be so fat to them.' It's like, you just are who you are. We are who we are — whatever size," she added.
