Well, this is awkward.
In a sneak peek at Sunday night's 10-year anniversary special for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," host Ryan Seacrest brings Scott Disick out to talk about the current state of his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian.
After getting a less-than-warm greeting from his estranged baby mama, Scott says there's "like a zero connection" between them. "She made that very clear just now," he adds.
"I just want everyone to know we are just co-parenting. She's the only person I've ever loved in my life. I think she's cute and stuff," he says.

View StorySeacrest then asks if he ever still tries to hit on her. "Yeah, I try to f-ck her like once a week," he says, as Kourt and the audience break into laughter.
The conversation gets a little testy after Ryan asks Kourtney if the door is "closed" between them.
"I feel like she has to say the door is closed just to make a point," Kim Kardashian chimes in, prompting Scott to interrupt her saying, "Can we just let her talk?"
"The debauchery that's gone on has definitely closed the door several billion times," Kourtney added. "He does [get better] for a time period, he can't be consistent."
According to Scott, however, Kourtney doesn't actually like when he behaves.
"Every time I become too good a person, she stops loving me because she fell in love with a guy who's a little f-cked up," he says. "I treat you like royalty, you don't say hello to me. I spit in your face, you're like hey babe!"
