Actress blends into red carpet more than she does the Golden Globes.
Among a sea of black gowns and suits at Sunday's Golden Globe Awards red carpet, one red dress stood out.
The burst of color was particularly shocking, considering pretty much everyone attending the event agreed to wear black in solidarity with the #MeToo movement and to kick off the #TimesUp campaign, dedicated to eradicating harassment and gender inequality across all industries in America.
So who the heck decided to go against the trend? That would be actress Blanca Blanco.
You probably won't recognize her from any memorable TV shows or movies (any "Fake News," "Beverly Hills Christmas" or "Bermuda Tentacles" fans in the house?), but you may remember Blanco from last year's Academy Awards red carpet, where she flashed a little more than expected.
This year, it seems Blanco has again devised a strategy to stand out.
Then again, maybe black just isn't Blanco's color. Or maybe she just wanted us to write this post.
