Kanye West Shares Sweet, Nostalgic Lamar Odom Memory After Returning to Twitter

Kim Kardashian's rapper and fashion designer husband returned to the social media platform on April 13, racking up an impressive 7.19 million followers since then and still only following Kim. He's been busy sharing a variety of messages and photos, including one of Odom walking by his side before performing at New York City concert venue Madison Square Garden.

"My favorite moment of walking into MSG to play Saint Pablo," Kanye captioned the shot. "I used to go to the hospital and play Lamar the album when he was learning to walk and talk again. Then we walked into the arena together."

Although sweet, the tweet may be surprising to some given the family dynamics surrounding Kanye's former brother-in-law's estranged relationship with Khloe Kardashian, who just gave birth to her first baby with NBA basketball player/serial cheater Tristan Thompson.

Kanye also shared some shoe and clothing designs he's working on for his line, Yeezy, a "neck tat" design reading "Saint West" he asked his friend to draw up for him, and two messages about being able to shift one's consciousness.

"Some people have to work within the existing consciousness while some people can shift the consciousness," he wrote. "Often people working with the existing consciousness are jealous of those who are more in touch and they become hard-core capitalist in hopes of creating the illusion that the value of money is worth more than the value of time and friends."
