"The workout's gonna suck," Wahlberg warns before the session begins. He was right.
Mark Wahlberg is a crazy person, one who wakes up at 2:30am, works out twice a day and goes to bed by 7:30pm each night.
On last night's "The Late Late Show," James Corden decided to join the actor for one of his morning gym sessions and we've never related more with anyone after seeing the host attempt to keep up with the incredibly fit "Instant Family" star.
After sleepwalking though the early hours of the morning following his 2:25am wakeup call, Corden drove over to Wahlberg's house through the empty streets of Los Angeles. "According to Mark Wahlberg's Instagram schedule, he's praying right now," Corden said before leaving his home, "and I'm praying he cancels."
He didn't.
"This is ridiculous, this is the most ridiculous thing ever," the host exclaimed as he got a peek at Wahlberg's seriously impressive personal gym inside his home.

James' only post-workout plan: going back to bed.
To say it was a struggle for Corden would be an understatement, as the workout ended with Wahlberg saying, "Just make sure he doesn't throw up in my bathroom, alright?!"
