The SAG Awards honor the best performances in both television and film.
Another day, another round of award season nominees!
Following last week's nomination announcements for both the Golden Globe Awards and Grammy Awards, Laverne Cox and Awkwafina revealed the noms for the 25th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Wednesday morning.
"Black Panther" continued to pick up nods, getting celebrated for both its cast and stunt work this morning. Other shows, films, and performers scoring multiple noms included "A Star Is Born," Emily Blunt -- who was nominated for both "Mary Poppins Returns" and "A Quiet Place" -- and "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel."
Awkwafina got a surprise herself when the cast of "Crazy Rich Asians" was also nominated for best ensemble, joking, "It was all me. It was all me."
The 25th Annual SAG Awards will air live on TNT and TBS on January 27, 2019.
