"We're in the middle of dealing with it," says the "Bachelorette" alum.
Robby Hayes has responded to claims he made a sex tape with Lindsie Chrisley.
Following Todd Chrisley alleging that his estranged daughter and the "Bachelorette" alum filmed their bedroom activities, Robby stopped by the "Housewives and Vanderpump" podcast Wednesday night to set the record straight.
Todd Chrisley 'Forgives' Daughter Lindsie After Extortion Claims
View Story"We did not make a sex tape," he stated. "I'm not sitting there with a camera aimed down, like trying to get the angles. Like, we got caught on the security camera, basically. It was a puppy camera in her friend's living room, the couch we crashed on. So, no consent from either end, which kind of debunks the whole thing."
TooFab has contacted Lindsie seeking comment.
Todd accused Lindsie of having had extramarital affairs with Robby and former "Bachelor in Paradise" contestant Josh Murray -- both of whom dated Amanda Stanton -- just two days after he and wife Julie were indicted for 12 counts of tax evasion. The charges against the self-made millionaire could land him up to 30 years in prison, if convicted.
While Lindsie claimed, in a police report, that her father and brother, Chase Chrisley, purchased a sex tape of her in an effort to extort her into lying.
Robby agreed it was "sketchy" someone had somehow gotten hold of the recording. "We're in the middle of dealing with it," he said. "I was just talking to [Lindsie] this past weekend in Atlanta, two days ago."
When Josh's alleged involvement was brought up to Robby, he said, "Her dad Todd's just always kind of had a hard head for both of us. He gave me shit in Vegas, actually, one year on the red carpet at the ACM Awards."
Robby explained he "grew up in Atlanta" and goes back "a lot," which is how he knows the famous family.
Todd Chrisley Warns Against 'Attention Seekers' Amid Claims He Tried to Extort Daughter Over Sex Tape

When asked about the existence of the supposed sex tape, Lindsie replied, "What I can say, and then I'm gonna let [my attorney, Musa Ghanayem] speak, I have never consented to a tape." Ghanayem said the issue was "still under investigation under the U.S. Attorney's office," adding that the police report "speaks for itself."
In July, Lindsie filed a police report in Georgia claiming her father and brother were attempting to extort her with a sex tape -- one she believed Chase had purchased. Lindsie alleged they threatened to release the video if she didn't lie about an "incident." Sources close to Lindsie told TMZ the "incident" was in relation to her testimony regarding her parents' indictment.

View StoryFor his part, Josh Murray said he and Lindsie have "been friends for years."
"I know Todd and his family are going through some tough times right now and I pray everything works out in their favor," he said in a statement last week. "They should probably focus on how not to be imprisoned for 30 years rather than spreading gossip to try and hurt their daughter. I truly believe they are good people and I wish them the best in however they choose to go about their actions."
