"I can't even talk about this. It's actually gonna make me upset," Mitchell tells her boyfriend.
Shay Mitchell is not happy with the fact she may need a c-section.
In the latest episode of her YouTube series "Almost Ready," the very-pregnant actress struggled to come to terms with the possibility she might have to get a cesarean after she was told her baby was breech.
Mitchell, who is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Matte Babel, broke down at the thought of doctors not being able to turn their baby girl around.

View Story"I can't even talk about this. It's actually gonna make me upset," Mitchell said through tears, while on the ride to the hospital. "Even if it doesn't happen today, I don't want to have to do that."
"I know, but they're gonna spin her today," Babel replied. "Placenta's out of the way, you have lots of fluid and the baby's sitting high. There's no question she's gonna turn today."
Despite her boyfriend's reassurance and support, the "Pretty Little Liars" star continued to get emotional.
"It's not just the surgery, it's the recovery time," Mitchell said. "I cannot be bedridden for however long it's gonna be. I really don't want that. If I'm in bed, I'm gonna go nuts."
"You'll be able to live your life still and I'll be f--kng stuck after the baby's born,” she continued. "You can't even lift them sometimes because it hurts so much."
Babel reassured Mitchell again and said, "Babe, she's gonna turn today. If she's not already turned, she's going to turn today."
The "You" actress joked in reply, "I think Beyoncé had a c-section. That's the only thing that's making me feel better, to be honest."
Fortunately, Mitchell and Babel received great news at the hospital: their baby girl was no longer breech!
"She's head down," the doctor told a noticeably shocked Mitchell during the ultrasound.
"Oh my god that worked!" Mitchell said and Babel replied, "I'm telling you she moved the other night. I'm telling you...I literally saw a big wave and I'm like, 'I swear she moved head down!'"
At the end of the episode, Mitchell, who is 38 weeks along, told the camera, "This could be the last night."
