"I don't blame her!" says the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" alum.
Caroline Manzo thought former friend and co-star Teresa Giudice was on drugs during her bombshell interview with husband Joe Giudice.
The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" alum made the bold statement during a Friday morning BravoCon panel that featured fellow OG "Housewives" Jill Zarin ("Real Housewives of New York"), Jeana Keough ("Real Housewives of Orange County"), Adrienne Maloof ("Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"), Kim Richards ("RHOBH") and Kim Zolciak-Biermann ("Real Housewives of Atlanta") at the Manhattan Center's Grand Ballroom.
Andy Cohen -- who conducted the interview in question, "Joe and Teresa: Unlocked" -- was moderating.

"She looked almost, like I almost thought she was on like a couple of Xannies or something 'cause she was just like this [with her head slumped down] the whole time. And I don't blame her if she did, truthfully. It had to be a very difficult moment for her, so I give her that for doing it."
"But it made me very, very sad because I like them together," she went on. "You know, there's so much that you guys don't see in a relationship that I saw. And I, to this very second, am hoping that he gets to come home, especially to his girls, 'cause he is a wonderful, wonderful father, and he loves them dearly."
"The marriage, to me, clearly looked broken. And that's okay, too, because that happens," she added. "Shit happens, guys, right?"

In the hour-long special -- during which Joe appeared via satellite from Italy, where he's awaiting the decision of his deportation appeal -- Cohen brought up a prediction Manzo had made on "RHONJ" several years prior. While the Giudices were going through their legal woes, Caroline predicted Joe would go to prison and that Teresa would divorce him and go on to raise their four girls to be strong and independent women. Angry that the remark was brought up, Teresa wondered if Caroline was the "rat" who reported the Giudices to the feds.
Caroline didn't mention the allegation at BravoCon, though she previously laughed it off. Her sister-in-law and fellow "RHONJ" alum, Jacqueline Laurita, took a different approach.

View StoryIn a scathing podcast episode that dropped the day "RHONJ" Season 10 was set to premiere, Jacqueline said Teresa was simply "pissed that Caroline was right. Not that she's a psychic, but Caroline knows her character. It was very easy to predict."
"Season 7 reunion that I was on with Teresa, she blamed me for calling the feds on her, and now she's blaming Caroline Manzo, my sister-in-law..." Laurita continued. "So I don't know what Teresa's hatred towards Caroline is, why she keeps blaming her or blaming me. Here she is blaming my sister-in-law, who had always been there for her, tried to guide her. I think she doesn't like Caroline because Caroline is a lot smarter than her and she can use her words wisely, and Teresa can't."
The day after the sit-down aired, Cohen said on his radio show that his one regret from his interview with the Giudices was not coming to Manzo's defense following the "rat" claim.
BravoCon is taking place in New York from Nov. 15 to 17.
