The original song is clearly trying to join the annals of modern Christmas tunes about the value of love over material things, but it's Christmas-soaked music video is pure nightmare-fuel.
Usually there's a romanticism or an earnest seriousness to Christmas music videos, but Katy Perry went in the polar opposite direction for the video accompaniment to her "Cozy Little Christmas."
The song itself fits right into the mold of a wannabe modern Christmas classic, though only time will tell if it has the staying power of Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" or if it will go the way of NSYNC's "Kiss Me at Midnight." The music video, though, may just haunt your dreams well into the new year.

View StoryMore soaked in holiday cheer -- and milk -- than a Griswold family Christmas, Katy Perry manages to bring laughs and cringes all in the span of a few minutes. There's stop-motion characters the likes of which will remind people of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and then there are naked massages.
How about a lot of Katy Perry cheek and a lot of Kris Kringle ... well, let's just say neither one of them were shy about disrobing and getting a romantic couples massage by a couple of reindeer. Yes, that was not a typo.
After all, this is the same video that features Perry getting into a milk-shot drinking contest with her own twisted versions of Rudolph, Frosty and the Abominable Snow Monster (we're thinking she might have spiked those shot glasses with Rumchata or something, though, if we're being totally honest), and soaking it up in a giant martini glass filled with Santa's nectar.

View StoryIs it sexy to frolick in a giant glass of milk while dressed as a candy cane? We're not sure, but it was certainly fun. And we were definitely here for her Christmas tree hair during that shots showdown and those vintage styles througout.
But the whole thing is just so much chaos wrapped up in Perry's signature style of color-saturated craziness that we're not sure if we loved it or we're a little frightened of it.
Maybe we'll just go back and watch it one more time to be sure.
