Spock and Uhura are back in action!
Filming has begun on the highly-anticipated "Star Trek 2" -- and we've got your first look at Zoe Saldana and Zachary Quinto on set.
The two were snapped in costume in L.A. earlier this week, where they were seen doing some serious combat with Benedict Cumberbatch -- who appears to be the new villain.
In one photo, Quinto's Spock can even be seen using the Vulcan Death Grip on his foe ... and in another, Uhura looks ready to use her phaser. Check them out in the gallery above.
No word yet on what the plot of the movie is, but the flick isn't due out until May 17, 2013.
