The former star of "The Hills" just turned 27 on Sunday (or at least parts of her did) and celebrated by staging a photo shoot in a glittery, gold two-piece.
Never missing an excuse to show off the results of her plastic surgery overhaul, Montag struck a couple provocative poses by the pool.
While Heidi and her husband Spencer Pratt have kept a relatively low profile lately, they have a secret project in the works.
No word on what they've got up their sleeves, but she's been tweeting about it non-stop over the past few days.
