There are clearly still a few issues in the "House of Carters."
As anyone who watched their short-lived reality show already knows, Nick Carter and his family have always had a complicated relationship.
And it hasn't gotten any better.
Angel Carter, Aaron Carter's twin sister, tied the knot on Saturday night in Piru, California. Angel and new husband Corey Conrad said "I do" outside at the gorgeous Newhall Mansion.
And while Aaron walked his sister down the aisle, another member of the family was MIA: Nick.
Instead, the Backstreet Boys singer was photographed in Las Vegas, celebrating his joint bachelor/bachelorette party with fiancee Lauren Kitt.
The two spent the night dancing and sharing some PDA at Ghostbar nightclub at The Palms.
It's unclear who planned their event first or if Nick was even invited to the ceremony, but we have a hard time believing it was merely a coincidence the wedding and the bachelor party went down on the same day.
Aaron's rep, Steve Honig, declined to comment on Nick's absence, but exclusively tells toofab "Aaron was both overjoyed and honored to walk Angel down the aisle on her wedding day and be with his family on such a wonderful and important occasion."
A rep for Nick was not immediately available for comment.
While it could all be a ruse for Nick's upcoming reality TV show, he did have a very real falling out with his family over the death of his sister, Leslie (below, center).
Leslie died of a drug overdose at the age of 25 back in 2012, with Nick missing the funeral to do a concert instead.
Last year, Nick said his family members blamed him for Leslie's death, saying their relationship became "toxic."
"The communication is something that I'm still to this day trying to work on," he told Dr. Phil at the time. "It's tough when you come from a background like that and a home that is really up and down and roller-coaster."
It's definitely sad to see they still haven't been able to work through their issues.
