Hollywood's biggest stars came together at the 2014 Stand Up To Cancer telecast held at Dolby Theatre on Friday in Hollywood.
Gwyneth Patlrow, Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston were among the many celebs who joined forces for the cause.
The "Friends" alum was spotted posing with Reese backstage at the event, which "raises funds to accelerate the pace of research to get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives now."
"We have to keep rising as one, because cancer keeps going after the ones we love," the "Horrible Bosses" star shared on the show. "This is just enough. We have the power to change this."
Jennifer Hudson also hit the stage to perform at the event, singing with Common and Lupe Fiasco. Watch the performance below!
