Time has been good to Dan Cortese!
The former MTV VJ was just spotted running on the beach sans shirt on Friday in Malibu, California. The sexy star looked ripped as he flaunted his tan muscles mid workout.
Dan first found fame hosting MTV Sports in 1992. Cortese went on to star alongside Amanda Bynes and Jennie Garth in "What I Like About You" and later snagged a spot on the TV series "Surviving Suburbia."
Most recently the 47-year-old hosted "Guinness World Records Gone Wild."
