It's been barely 24 hours since Eden Sassoon shared the news that she wasn't asked to return to Bravo's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" for Season 8 and she's already talking smack about her former co-stars. First up: Lisa Vanderpump.
The daughter of beauty icon Vidal Sassoon guest hosted Thursday night's "The Tomorrow Show with Keven Undergaro," where opened up about her firing from the show and also let viewers in on a little secret: Vanderpump is not as charitable as she looks.
"We asked her to be a part of [the Nail and Bone fundraiser], and because of reasons of, I'm going to be honest, because I can't be half on the show, she chose not to. Which was amazing to me because he was giving a lot of his sales to maybe three or four different organizations, and because of some red tape bullshit, she said no," Sassoon said of Vanderpump.
"And I love Vanderpump and I respect her, but her exact comments were sort of, 'When you're ready to do an event that is solely on my property or my ground, I'll do it.' So it's ego."
Eden Sassoon Will Not Return to 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'
View StorySassoon announced Wednesday via her Facebook page that she would not be returning to the "RHOBH," saying the news made her feel "free and alive."
Ironically, Sassoon said she would have absolutely returned to the show had she been asked.
"Because I commit and I made a commitment to them, I would've gone back because I knew that they needed me for unfinished business," she said. "And I made a commitment to them and to Bravo. But my spirit and soul would've just been getting dimmer and dimmer and dimmer, and so it would've -- I would've, honestly, I would've struggled for the next year of my life."
Sassoon ended her lone "RHOBH" season in a gigantic blowout with co-star Lisa Rinna, whom she slammed for being a friend of convenience. The reunion episodes were equally as awkward after Sassoon got into it with Kim Richards over disagreements on sobriety.
Despite her falling out with Rinna, Sassoon said she's grateful for the journey the two women shared and that she'll be her "biggest fan next season."

View StoryShe also opened up about Bravo's "What What Happens Live" host and "Real Housewives" EP Andy Cohen.
"He's a great man. He's charismatic. He's got everything. But I'm not someone who's going to make my way to you and try to get attention. I'm not that person. If we naturally come together and we have a rapport and we start a conversation, great, but he is like the animals attack, literally attack, and even at one of our parties, my girlfriend was like, 'Go talk to him!' And I was like, 'No, why?'"
So what's next for Sassoon? "The Bachelorette"...maybe.
"I have a great idea. What about [a dating show for] women my age?" she suggested.
When asked why she wouldn't want to be the actual Bachelorette, Sassoon said: "One, because I think I'm too old, and because I don't drink."
"The Tomorrow Show with Keven Undergaro" is produced Maria Menounos and airs live Mondays and Thursdays at 10 p.m. EST.
