Bottom line -- all those pics floating around with Gwen holding her belly and wearing baggy tops are just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
Gwen and husband Gavin Rossdale already have their hands full with two kids -- 4-year-old Kingston, and 21-month-old Zuma.
