Rob Pattinson has a true blood connection to the real-life Dracula -- at least according to genealogists.
The people over at Ancestry.com claim RPatz is related to Vlad the Impaler -- aka Vlad III Dracula, the guy from the Middle Ages who inspired Bram Stoker's famous "Dracula" novel.
Apparently Rob is a distant cousin to Princes William & Harry -- who are the distant nephews of Vlad.
And get this: Stephenie Meyer -- author of the "Twilight" series -- is related to Mr. Dracula through a similar royal conection.
"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" hits theaters June 30.
