"Melrose Place" was axed from the CW, but star Shaun Sipos got himself a new gig on the network -- as a teacher on "Life Unexpected."
Fancast.com has learned the "Melrose" bad boy will have a reoccurring role as a teacher at Westmonte High -- the school Lux attends on the show.
As we previously reported, Sipos' old co-star Katie Cassidy also made the move to another CW show, and will appear on "Gossip Girl" next season.
"Life Unexpected" starts up again September 14.
