Avril Lavigne has added some fresh ink to her already very-tattooed body -- and this time, she shared pics of the process with her fans on Twitter!
The fun started when Avril tweeted "Uh-oh girls day turning into girls night.... Should I get a tattoo???? Haha" late Saturday night -- following it up with a clue of what she'd be getting done by saying "Omg..k. Here we go... It's comes in handy all the time, it can hurt you, but at the same time keep you together, safety first!"
She later revealed her neck art was of a safety pin, commenting after it was done "What a great day with my girlfriends..... Hahah. Just being me... Girl time is always necessary. And I got a tattoo. Holy crap hahah."
This is only the latest in tatts on Avril's body -- she already has a star on her left wrist, a pink heart around the letter "D" on her right wrist for ex-hubby Deryck Whibley and boyfriend Brody Jenner's beneath her right breast.
