While most eyes were on Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding Friday, Paramount released a new trailer for "Transformers: Dark of the Moon."
The sequel, which stars Shia LaBeouf and Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (sorry Megan Fox!) hits theaters this July and is slated to be one of the summer's biggest blockbusters. Get a preview of the film below:
The film toys with the history books. One pivotal plot point, as revealed in the trailer, is that space race of the 1960s was fueled by the discovery of a crashed Transformers spacecraft on the moon.
Once again, the Autobots and Decepticons face off, with the fate of mankind in the balance. Judging by the trailer, the scenes of destruction have been amped up by director Michael Bay, who says this film is his last.
