Nicole Richie and Harlow Madden held hands leaving the 3-year-old's ballet class in LA yesterday. Over the past week, Nicole's social calendar has been packed with red carpet events in NYC and Hollywood, including the EMA Awards and star-studded Women in Hollywood Tribute. Nicole skipped a glamorous, slicked back updo yesterday, and instead let her new shoulder-length locks fly free. She made a noticeable change to her hair this week by chopping off a few inches. In regards to the trim, Nicole commented that she loves to create beachy waves now. She said, "When I get out of the shower, I twist my hair and put it up. . . I let the roots air dry, then I take it down after a few hours. It creates a nice wave."
