Britney Spears' brand new fiance Jason Trawick has drastically changed his appearance since meeting the superstar ... for the better.
The 40-year-old, who most recently showed off his incredibly buff body in the music video for Spears' latest single "Criminal," wasn't always as cut as he is today.
Check out the shot of him above (left), barely recognizable on the beach with Brit back in 2008. Yes, that's really him!
'We love to work out,' Spears told Ryan Seacrest earlier this year. 'We do stuff together like that."
