Giuliana Rancic was back on TV last night -- two weeks after having a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery as treatment for breast cancer.
"It is so good to be back," Giuliana said while opening last night's "E! News Live." "Thank you, all of you, once again for your love, your support, your prayers. Means the world to me, thank you so much!"
Before going on the air, Rancic also tweeted to her followers "back at work today since surgery. Excited to be on set of @ENews. I've missed my 2nd family (co-workers and you guys!!!) #thankful"
She looked great in the opening segment -- and apparently she's feeling pretty good too.
"Thankfully, I've been feeling better every single day since surgery and this weekend my doctors gave me the green light to get back to work," she tells E!
"Even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming."
