Remember the days of TRL -- a time when Carson Daly was on TV every afternoon, kids flooded Times Square with signs and Britney Spears music videos reigned supreme?
Well VH1 has a brand new documentary airing tonight about the MTV video countdown show, called "The TRL Decade."
The doc will feature the show's biggest moments -- and considering it was on from 1998-2008, there's a lot of them!
It will also have present-day interviews with VJs like Daly, Vanessa Minnillo, Damien Fahey and Quddus, plus regulars like Kid Rock, Good Charlotte and Mandy Moore.
