Matt's bride-to-be debuted the brand new sparkler last night at the QVC Fashion Week party in NYC, the first time we've seen her out in public since Matt proposed on Christmas Day.
The 29-year-old model and 42-year-old actor have been together for over 5 years and already have two children together, son Levi and daughter Vida. No wedding date has been announced.
