Another engagement to remember is that of Prince William and Kate Middleton, who celebrate their first wedding anniversary on Sunday! In October of 2010, the Prince proposed to the future Duchess with an 18 carat sapphire ring which had belonged to his mother, Princess Diana. Aww!
