Lindsay Lohan made her appearance on "Glee" last night, but the role wasn't much of a stretch ... she played herself!
Lindsay was one of three celebrity judges for Nationals, paired up with Perez Hilton and Rex Lee to decide the fate of New Directions.
While her screen time was limited, it was packed with plenty of references to her own real life troubles ... with Lindsay alluding to her "comeback" and saying she was in "full image rebranding mode."
