Jillian Michaels has a brand new family!
The former "Biggest Loser" trainer was spotted out this week with her two-year-old daughter Lukensia, an adorable little girl from Haiti who Michaels and partner Heidi Rhodes just adopted.
But she's not the couple's only new child.
Rhodes also gave birth to a baby boy, Phoenix, on May 3 -- just days before little "Lu" came to her new home.
"I want to be in the moment and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development," Michaels tells PEOPLE about her growing family. "I don't want to rush any of it. I can't wait for every day."
She adds, "Parenting is not for sissies. You have to sacrifice and grow up."
