Is Jennifer Lopez leaving "American Idol?" It sure seems like she's leaning towards that decision.
On Thursday morning's "Today" show, the "Idol" judge turned "Ice Age: Continental Drift" star told Natalie Morales about how torn she feels.
"It's been on my mind a lot," J.Lo admitted. "I've just enjoyed it so much but I am thinking that it's time for me to go and do other things that I really love to do." Listen to her full response below:
None of last season's judges -- Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez or Steven Tyler -- have signed on for Season 12. There have been reports that everyone from Charlie Sheen to Adam Lambert have been considered for the judging panel, but producers will wait to see who is returning before deciding on new additions.
The speculation is that Jennifer is stalling to negotiate a bigger paycheck (she reportedly made $12 million a season). Britney Spears is reportedly making $15 million for her stint on "The X Factor," and J.Lo wants more than that.
