There's a new Superman flying into theaters next year -- and now, we've got two new trailers to prepare you for "Man of Steel."
The teasers are both quick and show the same video, but one is narrated by Jonathan "Pa" Kent (played by Kevin Costner) and the other by Jor-El (played by Russell Crowe).
In the Costner one, he's heard telling Clark Kent (the handsome Henry Cavill) "One day, you're gonna have to make a choice. You have decide what kind of man you want to grow up to be. Whoever that man is, good character or bad, is gonna change the world.”
In Crowe's, Jor-El tells his son "You will give the people an ideal to strive towards. They'll race behind you. They will stumble. They will fall. But in time, they will join you in the sun. In time, you will help them accomplish wonders.”
The footage shows Clark as a young boy, donning a red cape. He's then seen as a young man working on a fishing boat and hitchhiking alone. Then the shot you've been waiting for -- Cavill in the full costume, flying through the air.
The clip is a lot shorter than the one shown at Comic-Con last weekend.
That extended trailer showed more of Superman as a child, saving a bus full of kids after it fell into a river. You also saw shots of Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Crowe, Costner and Michael Shannon as rumored villain, General Zod.
There was also a lot more action and much better shots of Cavill in the Super-suit. No word yet on when that trailer will be seen.
"Man of Steel" opens June 14, 2013. What do you think of the trailers?
